Shea

Shea was a bright, active, intelligent girl that was lots of fun to have around the house. She was my lap sitter. She loved to be sitting in my lap. Shea loved to learn new things and she was a joy to train because of her enthusiasm. Shea was out of our first litter of Bouvier puppies - out of our Tana.

We miss Shea dearly and we feel very fortunate to have had Shea with us for so many years. It's so hard to let them go and 15 years, 8 months and 8 days is a long time in the life of a Bouvier. Shea was our matriarch. She kept the other dogs in line. She never was mean to the other but still they respected her authority. She didn't allow too much horsing around in the house. When the play got "out of hand" she would tell the other dogs "it's time to quit now". When she would go up to them and bark at them they would quit the play and obediently go lie down. Our special Shea.
